Purpose
Turn a website assessment into a Commercial Opportunity Profile (COP) — a structured decision on whether a
business should get a new industry-informed website — and render it into outreach (email, proposal) and CRM
staging. Provided by outreachagent using intelproducts outreach-messaging skills.

Business value
Converts diagnostic output into qualified, prioritised sales action for Inexis Digital — automatically staging prospects while enforcing “nothing is ever auto-sent.”
Technical responsibilities
- Produce the COP (schema v2, frozen):
evidence → diagnosis → recommendation → solution_blueprint → summary. - Decide
recommendation.action ∈ {replace_website, monitor, manual_review, no_opportunity}and stage the prospect in CRM. - Render email/proposal from the COP. Not responsible for producing the assessment (that’s Website Assessment).

Current maturity
🔶 Operational, with a caveat. The COP schema is frozen (v2) and the assessment→COP→CRM pipeline is built;
per the Phase-B evidence hunt an end-to-end run completed, but the assessment runs in mock mode by default
and a live assessment + real send is an open checklist item. (Source: outreachagent CLAUDE.md, README.md,
.env.example.)
Planned evolution
Operational live-send validation; richer solution blueprints; feed outcomes back via the future Hermes loop.
