Portfolio Glossary (authoritative)
The single authoritative vocabulary for the ecosystem. Every architectural term has one definition here. Each entry records: meaning · owner · related concepts · where used · first-class (a first-class term is a modelled concept with an owner and a source of truth, not just descriptive language).
This supersedes ad-hoc definitions elsewhere. The portal-maintenance vocabulary in
docs/glossary.mdis scoped to how the portal is built; this page is the ecosystem glossary. Where they overlap, this page wins.
