Where the portal itself is going. This is about building and maintaining the portal, mapped to the phased plan (A → D). Venture/product roadmaps live in their own venture digests.

Phase A — Information architecture & scaffolding ✅ (current)

• [x] Documentation model (Diátaxis) + update conventions
• [x] Page templates (page, repo digest, venture digest, ADR, current-state, diagram)
• [x] Portal layer: registry, repos, ventures, architecture (Mermaid placeholders), current-state, decisions
• [x] AI handoff files (Claude & ChatGPT) + CLAUDE.md

Phase B — Populate the map (in progress)

• [x] Register first real repo — Shared Skills (digest + registry row)
• [x] Define first system/layer — Shared Skills Layer
• [x] Establish the layered ecosystem model + Portfolio Overview (ADR 0002)
• [x] Fill architecture diagrams with real nodes/edges + System Dependency Map
• [x] First pass at cross-repo duplication flags (recommendations)
• [x] Sync llms.txt with the registry
• [ ] Register repositories for layers 2–6 as they emerge
• [ ] Stand up the Intelligence Platform layer

Phase C — Public showcase

• [ ] Design system / brand tokens finalized (design/)
• [ ] Build the showcase site (target skill: landing-page-generator / premium-frontend-ui)
• [ ] Curate showcase narrative from the portal (scale & sophistication story)

Phase D — Automation & upkeep

• [ ] Implement the portfolio-portal-orchestrator skill per its spec
• [ ] Automated registry/digest/diagram regeneration and dependency-change detection
• [ ] Recurring hygiene (orphans, stale last_reviewed, dead links) via knowledge-ops
