Public Showcase — Placeholder

Not built yet. This directory reserves the third layer. Do not implement the public website during Phase A. It is documented here only so its role and inputs are clear.

Role

The showcase is the public-facing layer. Where the portal explains the system of systems for maintainers and agents, the showcase explains the scale and sophistication of Azwaan’s AI venture ecosystem to an external audience (prospective partners, clients, hires, investors).

Inputs (curated from the portal, not authored fresh)

• Venture digests → featured ventures
• Repo registry counts → “scale” metrics
• Architecture diagrams → sophistication visuals
• Roadmap / current state → momentum narrative

Planned build (Phase C)

• Target skills: landing-page-generator (page shell), premium-frontend-ui (polish), design-system / ui-design-system (brand tokens & consistency), web-design-reviewer (QA).
• Content source: content/showcase-narrative.md.
• The portfolio-portal-orchestrator skill will prepare showcase content from the portal; the build tooling is out of scope until Phase C.

Do-not-do (for now)

• No framework scaffolding, no components, no deploy config.
• No hand-written marketing copy beyond the narrative placeholder.
