This folder reserves the future portfolio-portal-orchestrator skill that will automate maintenance of the Portfolio Architecture Portal (scan repos → digests → registry → venture maps → Mermaid diagrams → dependency diffs → duplication flags → llms.txt → staged showcase content).

• Status: Phase D on the roadmap.
• Do not implement automation yet. Until this skill exists, maintain the portal by hand using the templates and conventions the spec targets, so the eventual build is a drop-in.
